You can rent a soft-sided Sherpa carrier that is (13inch L x 10inch W x 8.5inch H) for a fee of ($60 one way). Pet and carrier count as one personal item on board. Jet Blue accepts service animals traveling with qualified individuals with a disability. Emotional support animals may accompany a passenger with a disability on a flight but requires documentation.

Carry-On Baggage: Each Passenger may bring one personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop, etc.) plus one carry-on bag. For Airbus A320 / EMBRAER 190, personal items must not exceed (18" L (45.72 cm) x 15" W (38.1 cm) x 8" H (20.32 cm) to fit under the seat in front of you.

For A321 personal items must not exceed (17" L (43.2 cm) x 13" W (33 cm) x 11" H (27.9 cm) to fit under the seat in front of you.

For a carry-on bag to fit in the overhead bin, your item must not exceed (24" L (60.96 cm) x 16" W (40.64 cm) x 10" H (25.4 cm) for all aircraft types. For a lap infant, you may bring one diaper bag, one stroller, and one car seat.

Checked Baggage Fees for a Single Ticket Per Bag One Way: Checked baggage allowance and fees may vary depending on cabin status, airline member status, itinerary and date of purchase. Passengers first checked bag fees are $20 online and at the kiosk, $25 at ticket counter all checked bags must not exceed (62" (157.48 cm) in overall dimensions (length + width + height) and cannot exceed (50 pounds (22.68 kg). Additional bags: $35 fee for checking a second bag and a $100 fee for a third bag and any additional bags. Fare options are offered that include different numbers of checked bags.

Overweight and Over-sized Baggage fees will be assessed for each category that applies.

Overweight Baggage: (51-99 pounds (23.13 - 44.91 kg):$100 per bag, overweight bags exceeding 99 pounds will not be accepted.

Over-sized Baggage: (63-80 inches (203.2 centimeters): $100 per bag. Any baggage larger than (80 inches) will not be accepted. There is no additional charge or over-sized fee for golf bags as long as they are within weight limitations, but will count as one of your checked bags. If checking a child safety seat, it will not count as one of your checked bags and there is no fee assessed. Infants that are traveling free do not qualify for the checked baggage allowance.
